Install necessary sensors and automation components (if required) to collect meaningful real time production and process data.  This may include

  • Vision systems for product quality inspection
  • Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) or Bar Coding for tracking products through your process
  • Power Monitoring to establish an energy footprint
  • Employee time and attendance tracking
  • Networking existing automation control systems together to form a manufacturing intelligence network

2. Analyze

Use process analysis and realtime data from manufacturing intelligence network to identify those pieces of information that contribute most to

  • Product Quality
  • Production Throughput
  • Production Costing

We put this information into a "Dashboard" for the plant or operation management to track the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in real time.  We can also

  • Send alerts via email or SMS if a line efficiency or through put drops below certain levels

3. Optimize

Using state of the art process modelling and simulation, we can extract process data from your manufacturing intelligence network and identify critical control points in your process.  We can then simulate process design changes and analyze the impact of those changes on
